The beauty of this course is that it is self paced, which means you can do it in your own time, at your own pace, and at your convenience, whenever suits you. All the modules are really short – between 2 to 20 minutes long, and simple and easy to follow! So you can watch any module to fit in with YOUR schedule. You can watch the videos or listen to the audio modules anywhere in the world, (that has access to internet). Just click and watch or listen, on the go, on the beach, at the gym, on your run, while cooking dinner, driving to work, walking the dog, with your headphones on or in your meditation room... the exercises can be taken anywhere you like, or feel in a 'safe' space.

Each course is approximately 3-4 hours long, not including time required for practise, quiet reflection, listening to the blank meditations, reading PDFs, writing in your journal, and processing/assimilation time. Depending how many modules you take per week, it could take between 2 weeks to 2 months. I advise going over the modules you have trouble with, to really embed the practise in your psyche. If you do 5 modules a week you could finish the course in 6 weeks. I do not recommend doing more than 1-2 modules a day/5 modules a week unless you are confident you have mastered and squeezed the juice out of each one - and of yourself... before moving on! You can complete the course as fast or as slow as you like, but it is wise to take your time over the content and practise the exercises before going to the next one. REMEMBER: You need to give yourself time to assimilate and process whatever has come up for you before moving to the next module. Practise what you have learned! The more you repeat and practise the exercises, the more you will get out of them. You can go back and revisit any module as necessary, at any time by clicking on the left hand column.
